("Edu Prep," "we," or "us") operates when you use or access our applications, websites, or other online services and products (collectively, the "Services"), and How your personal information is collected, used and disclosed when you contact our customer service team or otherwise interact with us.

Information you provide to us. We collect the information you provide when you use our services or interact with us. This includes: name, personalized exercise preferences and email address.

Automatic Data Collection. When you use our Services, we may automatically collect certain information, such as your user settings, MAC address, cookie identifiers, Internet Protocol (IP) address, mobile advertisements, mobile operator and other unique identifiers, device information or browser, and Internet service provider.

Information Collected from Other Sources. We may obtain personal information about you from other sources, including transactional information from third-party app stores where you install our products or apps or purchase a subscription, as well as name and contact information from third-party calendar services. In addition, if you created or logged into your account through a third party account, we will have access to certain information about your account under the authorization provisions provided by the third party service.

Cookies or other tracking technologies. We may use cookies or similar technologies to automatically collect personal information about you when you use our Services. We collect this information to ensure that your Services are working properly; to save your personal practice data so that you can personalize your experience; to understand how you use our applications and to potentially provide you with customized advertisements. Please note that our third-party service providers may also collect this personal information, for which we are not responsible.

Location Information. We may collect location information, including your IP address, time zone, language and country code. We collect this information for analytical purposes to help us provide better service.

Our primary purpose for collecting personal data is to provide stable product offerings and to continually improve services and functionality. This includes the following areas.

Exercise data recording and tracking. We use your personal data to record and track your practice so that you can see and keep track of trends in the status of your practice progress.

Personalization. Based on your personal data and practice performance, we may provide you with personalized content or practice suggestions to meet your specific needs and goals.

Improvement and optimization. We use your personal data for internal analysis and research purposes, such as interest and level of interest in our services, to improve our products and features, to improve the user experience or to develop new services and features.

Authentication. We use your personal data to authenticate you so that you can have an ongoing service experience.

We will take such security measures as we consider reasonable to protect the security and integrity of your personal data. You have the right to choose whether or not to provide your personal data and to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time. If you require such processing, you should notify us via our email address and we will complete the processing within 15 working days of receiving your email notification.

Edu Prep Inc. does not sell your personal information. We are committed to protecting the confidentiality of your personal data and strictly limit and share and disclose your personal data. We will not share or disclose your data to any third party unless expressly authorized by you or required by applicable law. However, under certain circumstances, we may disclose your information to third parties for a variety of business purposes, including to provide our services, to protect us or others, or in the event of a material business transaction (such as a merger, sale, or transfer), and you expressly agree that we do not need to obtain your express authorization and further notice in such circumstances.

Partners and Service Providers: We may share your personal data with partners and service providers in order to help us meet the operational needs of our business to provide you with better features and services. This includes service providers who provide us with IT hosting, support, payment processing, customer service and other related services. Before sharing, we will ask them to comply with our privacy policy and data protection requirements.

Business Transfers: If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, receivership, bankruptcy, or sale of all or a portion of our assets, or a transaction of services to another provider, your personal data may be transferred to an affiliated company as part of the transaction along with other assets.

Test Preparation Applications: By using our Service, your personal data may be shared with other test preparation applications.

We do not disclose data collected in connection with test practice to third parties for advertising, marketing, or other purposes of use.

You can stop using our application at any time and request that the collection and use of your personal data stop. When you request the deletion of your personal data, we will make reasonable efforts to comply with your request. However, you should understand and agree that in some cases we may be required by law to retain some of the data for a period of time. Restricting or Prohibiting the Use of Your Personal Information. You can ask us to stop using some or all of your personal data, or you can prevent us from tracking some of your personal data by selecting “Do not track” when you start the application.

We will endeavor to respond to your request within a reasonable time and process your personal data in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

Specifically, we will take what we believe to be commercially reasonable measures to prevent unauthorized access, use or disclosure of your personal information. We will only collect, use and store personal data consistent with the purposes described in this Privacy Policy and will endeavor to collect only the necessary personal data.

Data Storage. We will store your personal data in accordance with the requirements set out in laws and regulations. For the duration of your use of our services, your personal data will be stored on our secure cloud servers and protected by the security measures of the service provider.

Data Transfer. During data transfers, we will endeavor to protect your personal data from leakage or unauthorized access using currently reasonable technical means. We currently use SSL encryption to secure your data.

Data Security Measures. We will take reasonable security measures to protect your personal data during your use of our Services. However, you understand and agree that even if we take these measures, there are still uncontrollable forces at work, and due to technical limitations, we do not promise absolute security for your personal data.

Therefore, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you provide to us. We retain personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, as long as necessary for service reasons, or as long as required by law, whichever is longer.

IX.  Children's privacy


We take the protection of children's privacy very seriously. We do not knowingly process personal data of persons under the age of 16, or such other legal minimum age as may be required by applicable laws and regulations in your country. We also do not knowingly collect, maintain or use personal information from children under the minimum age. If you, the guardian, become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your consent, we will take steps to delete such information and terminate their service within 15 business days of receiving your email notification.

For business needs or other reasons, we may transfer your personal information to countries other than the country in which the data was originally collected in order to provide the services set forth in the Terms of Use and for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy. If the laws governing the protection of personal information in those countries are not consistent with the country in which you originally provided the information, we will take special protective measures.

In order to keep our services running properly, we may use certain services provided by third party partners for operational purposes. As a result, you may see certain third-party links in our products that redirect you to other third-party websites or applications. It is your responsibility to review the privacy policies of the websites to which these links lead on your own, and we are not responsible for the privacy policies and content of any third-party partners or service providers.


XII.  Supplemental Notice for California Residents


This section details how we process the personal data of California consumers and their rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (“CCPA”). Accordingly, this section applies only to residents of the State of California, USA.

Subject to certain limitations, the CCPA provides California consumers with the right to request more details about the categories or specifics of personal information we collect (including how we use and disclose that information), the right to have their personal information deleted, the right to opt out of any “sales” that may occur, and the right to exercise these rights without being Discrimination.
